Contract conditions

I. General Provisions

These Contractual Conditions specify the rights and responsibilities of clients booking accomodations (hereafter „client") and Richard Šišák as the manager of the travel agency providing the accomodation (hereafter „travel agency").  By placing the order, the client confirms that they accept these Contractual Conditions. These Contractual Conditions establish the relationship between the the client and the travel agency and are thus obligatory to both parties. They are valid in the extent and version, which was displayed at the travel agency's website on the day the client placed the order. Regarding relationships not covered by these Contractual Conditions, refer to stipulations of the Civic Code in its valid version.

II. Contractual Parties

The contractual parties entering this contract are Richard Šišák (as the travel agency, stipulated above) on one side and a client on the other side,  who places a binding order via the internet or other method to the travel agency for providing and/or procurement of offered accomodation.

III. Contractual Object

The object of this contract is the accomodation stipulated in the order made by the client. The specification of the contractual object is stipulated on the traverl agency's website and is established based on data provided to the travel agency by the operators of accomodation facilities and is therefore not binding.

IV. Accomodation Price

The price of accomodation is established based on the travel agency's valid price list, with VAT included in the price. In case of significant fluctuations of the Czech Crown exchange rate, inflation or conditions set by the accomodation providers, the travel agency reserves the right to terminate this contract. In such cases, the travel agency will inform the client without undue delay to the contact named in the order.

The travel agency reserves the right to change the client's booking in case of unexpected events such as technical problems. Alternative accomodation must be of equivalent or higher category and in an appropriate location. In these cases, the client is not entitled to discount on the accomodation.

V. The Order

The order may be placed via websites www.prague-hotels-site.eu , www.praguehotels.uk.com , www.levneubytovani-v-praze.cz. By placing the order, the client confirms acceptance of these Contractual Conditions by himself/herself as well as other persons stipulated or included in the booking. The contract between the client and the travel agency is concluded once the client receives the booking confirmation, with reservation number, or at the moment of a successful authorisation of their credit card by a secure server.

VI. Payment Methods

A.            The client can pay using one of the following methods:

1. Providing client's guarantee via credit card

The clients state their credit card information in the order form and this information is stipulated below (hereafter guarantee). In case the payment is made directly in the accomodation facility, only in event of no-show will the amount for the first night be charged as a cancellation fee. Upon receiving the guarantee by the travel agency, the client will receive a voucher (a document confirming the order issued by the travel agency to the client) for the entire stay. The Booking Form must be filled out, the necessary information is: card holder's name, credit card number, expiration date, CVC/CVV code (which can be found on the signature stripe on the back side of the card).

2. Credit Card Payment

The client can pay partly (payment for one night is sufficient) or the full amount for the accomodation via credit card. The voucher is sent to the client upon receivng payment, or at least receivng confirmation of the payment. However, besides the price of the accomodation, clients must also pay the bank fee in the amount of 4% from the total amount, which will increase their expenses.

3. Bank Transfer

In case clients do not have  credit cards, they can pay by bank transfer. If the transfer is made from within the Czech Republic, no fee is charged. Clients transfering funds from abroad wil be charged 4,5 % fee upon the total amount.

4. Payment at Reception Desk

In unusual cases, or upon individual agreement with the travel agency's reservation department, it is possible to pay at the reception desk.

B.            For some dates in peak season (such as holidays), or other dates stipulated by the accomodation provider, full price must be paid in advance. For these dates, the accomodation must be booked for a three-night minimum.

C.           In cases of bank transfer payment (see article VI., paragraph A., points 2 and 3), at least one day prior to the first day of the reserved accomodation, the payment must arrive at the travel agency's account or a confirmation of payment must be delivered to the travel agency, via e-mail or fax.

D.            The client bears all charges regarding payment transfer to the travel agency's account.

E              For binding orders of groups of more than 15 people (hereafter „group orders") the following payment plan is stipulated: payment in the amount of 60-100% of the total price (as agreed) must be paid in advance, within one week of placing the order (or as individually agreed with the travel agency).



                                                                                     
VII.  Cancellation Conditions

A. All cancellations (that is cancellations of binding orders placed by the client) or changes in binding orders must be delivered in written form via e-mail, fax or registered mail (see contacts at https://www.prague-hotels-site.eu/cz/kontakt). Receipt of order cancellation by the travel agency must be confirmed to the client in writing. Cancellation of the order directly in the accomodation facility is unacceptable and the contract continues to be valid. The difference between the paid amount and cancellation fee will be returned to the client. Should the client cancel an order within 72 hours or more prior to arrival, there is no cancellation fee. In case of a cancellation placed 71 - 25 hours prior to arrival, the cancellation fee amounts to the price of the first night of accomodation on the confirmed arrival date. In case of cancellation within 24 hours prior to the arrival, the client is obligated to pay 100% of the entire price of accomodation.

B. Special Cancellation Fees

a) for group orders - In case of an order cancellation 15 to 30 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 25% of the entire accomodation amount.  In case of cancellation 7 to 14 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the entire accomodation amount. In case of cancellation 1 - 7 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% for the first day of planned stay and 50% of remaining days.

b) for reservations starting in less than two days - for orders of accomodations in peak season or Christmas holidays (December 24 through January 4) the cancellation fee is 100%. 

C. Individual cancellation conditions - individual cancellation conditions may be negoriated with the travel agency, but unless they have been (and are confirmed in writing), the conditions stipulated in paragraph A and B of this article are valid.

VIII. Personal Data Protection

The travel agency obligates itself, to not provide clients‘ personal data to third parties. Necessary personal data will be provided only to the accomodations provider. The data will be protected in accordance with law and used only in communication between the client and the travel agency.

IX. Payment Cards

We accept only VISA and EC/MC Master Card (that is only embossed cards, not Visa Elektron or Master Card Maestro).
